Contrary to what others have said, we have had a very positive experience with Grateful AC .....and we are grateful! There were some challenges with one of our ACs and it took some time, some extra steps to solve but there was no question they were brain-storming and working out the complicating factors. We have been using them for 5 years now and overall, have been very satisfied.

We can't say enough good things about Grateful Air-Conditioning. From the moment they showed up for our estimate, it was clear this crew actually cares about doing the job right, not just doing it fast. Our old unit finally gave out during the worst heat wave of the summer, and they had a tech out the same afternoon. Hands down the best local, family-run team around. We've been using this amazing crew for about three years now, and we're always satisfied whether it's something simple like a clogged drain line or our yearly maintenance. Always quality service, and our AC stays running great year-round. Sam and his father are always on top of things. Recently, we couldn't figure out our new thermostat, and Sam came right out to help us rewire and set it up that's the kind of service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

These guys are the absolutely most incompetent among a trade full of the worst bumblers around. Had major trouble with whatever they have done for us. Avoid them at all costs. Costing us yet to fix what they screwed up, attic flooding, sheetrock damage ,etc. Plus, plus it's ongoing...
