i was very pleased with my stay. the staff is very friendly and helpful... my room was very clean and completely renovated. everything worked great , clean sheets and linens ...AND breakfast included. LOVED it!!! i would definetely come back.

Would have rather slept in rental car – This bed and breakfast is horrid. I can't believe that the state allows it to operate for health, sanitary, and safety reasons! We stayed there for a weekend for a wedding and I was super hung over on Sunday so I decided to try the juice in the kitchen on that day only and realized I swallowed a mouthful of fruitflies which the receptionist who was 15ish refused to replace while other guests slurped down the same. Great Location! – The location is perfect, you are right near the main street shops and restaurants, and a nice walk to the beach and through incredible neighborhood streets, gorgeous homes/mansions. Very low-key atmosphere bed & breakfast, with delicious muffins and fresh fruit for breakfast, and a friendly staff!

You will feel like you are at the house of a friend who has a great summer share in the Hamptons. – If you like tennis, easy access to all the Hamptons has to offer, then you are going to love it here.
