Spent a great night here! B&B was clean and quaint. Friendly service. Read website carefully so you know just what to expect. Peter was great! Next time will stay in an updated room but although room was basic it was clean and comfortable! Looking forward to returning in the summer!

My wife, son, and I had a wonderful stay at the Grassmere a couple of years ago. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast included was fresh and hearty, the location was ideal, and, best of all, the owner, Peter, was an amazing host. We hope to return this summer!

The Grassmere Inn is a wonderful place to stay in all seasons. I used to live in Westhampton Beach but moved back to Manhattan. Whenever I need a dose of beach I stay at the Grassmere. It is always clean, quiet, and cozy... Great bedding also!
