RecommendedVery helpful and knowledgeable staff who greet each visitor warmly. I’m so glad that I found this place last minute. I’m sure we will become return visitors. The rooms are beach cozy and very well appointed. The place has a comforting atmosphere and is very clean. It’s so close to the beach and the town is a block away! I can’t wait to return.
stayed for the night of 7/27 the accommodation was booked by someone else and I could not have been happier . 9 mile to the beach and around the corner from food and shopping the staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay even better

I loved my first stay at Grassmere. My room was quiet, cozy and comfortable. Everything was super clean. Host Peter is so accommodating and the staff are all friendly and ready to help. Loved my fresh bagel, muffins and coffee in the garden Sunday morning. Easy drive to the Crossfit Hamptons Gym. Looking forward to returning!
