Good Service Very professional and speedy service. Ordered flowers over the phone ant they were delivered that very day to the hospital. Great personal selection for me what was in my price range. Would use them again.
Grassi's Flowers on Center & Union for Christmas I have read the reviews. Maybe I am just the 'lucky' one. This was the first time I used Grassi's. The flowers were delivered 10 days LATE! When asked as to why they weren't sent out..they said they received the order, but, "don't know why they didn't go out." ? This is unprofessional to me! gifts I needed a gift and some flowers and this shop really helped me out. They had excellent recommendations for gifts, and I learned about flowers also. I think anyone should go to this Grassis, even if they have little time. I found many types of flowers including Orchids. My friend loved the flowers and I think I have them to thank for it. I MAJOR HIT! In my opinion "Nicole H." needs to take a chill pill. Of course a Flower Shop is going to be a little hectic on Valentine's Day! Terrible experience I needed flowers for my wedding. The owner made me wait a long time to speak with her. She did not listen at all to what I wanted but made me decide for three hours on things I did not care about. Then she charged me a huge price for things I did not even want. Working with the owner was a nightmare. Every time a customer would come to the store she would make me feel less important. Don't Honor thier website prices, even after you've paid! I ordered a flower arrangement for mothers day through their website (and I do mean their website) Grassi's calls me back up the next day and says I quote in a message "I don't know where "YOU" got your pricing but the arrangement you picked is more expensive and more expensive to deliver". Didnt know they hired ten year olds with safety scissors.. Everyone of these reviews must have been written by an employee of Grassis. I cannot believe that any person could possibly have had an even marginally acceptable experience using this florist. I tried to order flowers through ftd for Mother's day, of course Grassis nabbed the order. I even pay extra for an upgrade. Grassi Garden- Best place to take your mother for lunch! Grassis in Tacoma is the perfect place to go for a light lunch with the girls or a mother/daughter day. Charming two story small shop with flowers and gifts in the first floor and the small dinning room on top. Wonderful soup and sandwiches...light, but you still feel like you got what you paid for. And wonderful desserts. Go for luch and then hop over to the glass museum for a great afternoon.
Poor Example of Customer Service I have been a customer Grassis Flowers for at least 10 years, in the Tacoma area, to the point one year I ordered a dozen roses bi- weekly for 7 months. To may great disppointment I tried contacting the Grassis Gaden Cafe downtown location for pricing/reservations for Valentines, each employee I talked to gave me different phone numbers to call.
