Good Service Very professional and speedy service. Ordered flowers over the phone ant they were delivered that very day to the hospital. Great personal selection for me what was in my price range. Would use them again.
Nice place with lots of knick knacks and flowers to choose from This little shop has a lot of different things to choose from when it comes to flowers, balloons and special little gifts. They have wonderful customer service skills. I believe that they do wedding stuff too because the last time I was in there there was a couple looking through some books. Fun place to shop for a special little gift. PROS: Fun stuff...beautiful flowers CONS:
Corsages Anyone? Grassis was the prime location for all of the high school dance events to get corsages and bouts. The prices were always reasonable and the flowers looked beautiful and were always ready on time. The workers generally seemed to enjoy their jobs and working with flowers.
Grassi's Flowers on Center & Union for Christmas I have read the reviews. Maybe I am just the 'lucky' one. This was the first time I used Grassi's. The flowers were delivered 10 days LATE! When asked as to why they weren't sent out..they said they received the order, but, "don't know why they didn't go out." ? This is unprofessional to me! They did not try to contact me telling me they couldn't deliver the flowers. Bentons Flowers in Puyallup were able to deliver 3 orders for me with no problems, the same time. RUN AWAY!!!! They are always LATE with their deliveries. DAYS LATE. No compensations. They cheap out on their arrangements then charge premium prices. I can't believe FTD tolerates this company to represent their flowers! They are pathetic! This is not a one time situation. This has happened repeatedly with my family with this store. So it wasn't just me. But, I gave them a third chance. EPIC FAIL! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN to deliver flowers!
Great Grassis is a wonderful florist with a very generous and caring owner. They recently provided the flowers for my grandfathers funeral, and everything was beautiful. We also had lunch sent over from them, and they had the very best sandwiches I've ever had! When we were going through a painful time, Grassis made one aspect a little easier.
Beautiful arrangements We had an arrangement sent to a co worker from Grassis.. It was beautiful. We were so surprised at the quality of the arrangement with how much we paid. They took alot of time you could tell and the flowers were bright and beautiful. Their service is excellent
Grassi Garden- Best place to take your mother for lunch! Grassis in Tacoma is the perfect place to go for a light lunch with the girls or a mother/daughter day. Charming two story small shop with flowers and gifts in the first floor and the small dinning room on top. Wonderful soup and sandwiches...light, but you still feel like you got what you paid for. And wonderful desserts. Go for luch and then hop over to the glass museum for a great afternoon.
Poor Example of Customer Service I have been a customer Grassis Flowers for at least 10 years, in the Tacoma area, to the point one year I ordered a dozen roses bi- weekly for 7 months. To may great disppointment I tried contacting the Grassis Gaden Cafe downtown location for pricing/reservations for Valentines, each employee I talked to gave me different phone numbers to call. Then I was given Kim Grassis cell phone number to contact, which is owner who then wants to give me another number. She even wanted to offer excuses ... read more
