My wife and I had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Grapids in 2023. Every year we have had problems with both systems. The last three summers they have been unable to find the coolant leak in my AC. Three years in a row they have been unable to fix the leak and now are unable to make the repair before the hottest weekend this season. Seeing SO many complaints about Grapids Home Services, I feel compelled to add my own experience. They also offered me a free inspection, but as it turned out, it wasn't a service tech who showed up, but the first half of a slick sales team. As with others, he said my heat exchanger was cracked and unsafe to use. Cue the big red danger tag, with the carbon monoxide warning (scares the $$ out of old people, you know).
