Graphic Design - reroofing and new siding plus trim painting Louis Perlia & company did a great job of rejuvenating my sister's old house in Skokie. After the new roof, the new siding, new windows,and the painting of the trim around the windows, and the great choice of colors for each of these, the house looked ten times its former value. The work was well done and has been effective in protecting the house from the elements.
Painting, constructing, and designing Lou has painted my house inside and out. He did a renovation of two rooms, creating a beautiful master suite with bath and closet. His work is impeccable. He listens to his clients and makes their vision into a reality.
