Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. They constantly cancel appointment and don't answer phone calls. Very unprofessional. Its like no one in the office works. They over billed me, said they would fix it then sent it to a collections agency before fixing it or giving me another bill. I have never had to deal with a doctor that cancelled so many times for and "surgical emergency" and had no back up or could see patients later in the day... and this didn't only happen once. Horrible Experience! Needed a lesion from my tongue removed. No post op instructions, severe pain but no pain medication,, staff and Graper uncaring jerks.
