I appreciate the friendliness and promptness and ease of scheduling an appointment and filling out paperwork. I can’t say that about every medical office in the Vegas area (IYKYK). The office had a good number of preferred frame options if you have VSP insurance. Dr. Grant has a great sense of humor and friendly vibe while also being great at answering questions that I had. The staff that assisted me before and after my appointment with Dr. Grant were incredibly friendly helpful as well. :)
This Dr. gave me the absolute best eye exam for glasses that I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses about 20 years. I am extremely happy with the exam and the service. He took his time, patiently allowing me to select the best vision (" which is better, 1 or 2"), he has wonderful sense of humor and went above and beyond assisting me with the glasses I ordered from him. Dr. Grant is a nice guy and very friendly. In fact, he's a little too friendly when he decides to gab about his family, kids. Maybe he thinks it's good bedside manner, but I think it's unprofessional and wastes time on more important patient visit stuff. The last visit he talked so much about his son that he forgot to dilate my eyes for my yearly exam. I do believe that's necessary. He then said he would show me the VSP plan flyer but again forgot to do that.
Recommended by a coworker. (she even warned me that he was a bit pricey). Excellent bedside manner, if you will. Friendly and very knowledgeable. As well as the lady helping pick out my glass frames. Besides the fact that when you call, whomever answers the phone has absolutely no personality whatsoever (and I've been a pt for a few yrs now). She doesn't even say her name But the real reason I won't be returning is according to friends and coworkers they are THE MOST Expensive in town!
Dr. Grant has a great personality! I've been coming to this office for 7 years now and even after a move that took me about 30 minutes out of the area, I still remained his patient. Unfortunately, his female optician and the woman who runs the desk are incredibly rude! Most visits are hit or miss with them, but during my most recent one, the optician was interrupting me with incorrect information about my contact order and then speaking to me through gritted teeth. Wow! I'm done making the trip.
