A smooth ride to some. But, not for many small local business owners. Construction has been in process in front of my business ongoing for a few months now. When entering my business Thursday, October 2nd. It was completely flooded and not operable. @grantparkvillage hired two construction companies. You are correct that Walsh is the contractor for Grant Park Village, but I'm sorry to say that Landis and Landis is completing sewer repairs for the city and it isn't related to the construction of Grant Park Village at all.
