Thank you for taking the time to share your concern. Our residents come first to us and we would like to solve this situation to the best of our abilities. We understand your frustration with the fire alarms and we are eager to improve the living experience of all our residents. Unfortunately, there was a recent fire at the property that has resulted in alarms to be triggered on multiple occasions during the incident and for testing. There should be an option to rate this complex with negative stars. I am so unhappy living here that I feel the need to warn others NOT TO LIVE HERE! You do not want to live here. You will regret it as much as we have, and we've only been living here for 3 months. It all started with the poor communication with the personnel staff. One ...Continue Reading

May I add that if you love hearing your neighbors through concrete walls, fire alarms going off 10 times a year, and overpriced apartments (even for Portland standard) this is once again... Your place. I don't recommend thi... read more

Although we lived in GPV for the better part of a year and loved the building and building staff, we have not had a positive experience dealing with Greystar, the management company. They are totally unresponsive and inefficient.
