I have been very pleased with my apartment, although in the beginning, there were just a couple of issues and the maintenance people were not very good at following up however, they have replaced the maintenance people with the new guy and he is truly amazing. There are no words to describe how impressed I am with his follow up And his time it takes for him to fix the problem that you have. He is truly amazing. I've dealt with too many mice over the years, and overgrown bushes are a safety issue on the parking lot side. The bushes cover half the entrance, and they're unkempt and very tall..... The maintenance guy who fixed the water issue is very professional and efficient. He gets a 5 star review.
When I first moved to here, I was happy now they are have broken the law. They took my rent out twice and did not credit it back instead they took it out again, making it two times I beg for their help. I have a six-year-old son. I am a widow of a US army Disabled veteran who took his life in 2019 and I have no help and they will not credit back the money they owe me. I currently live in apartment E33….I lived here as a kid and I came back because it was a happy place for me. Never go back to your childhood home. This place is NOT what they say it is. No means of actual maintenance, I’ve had a consistent leak since I moved in after two weeks of being here. I was told the apartment has no history of bugs and I promise that’s a lie. I lived there from 2019 September to 2022 October. place was filled with mice and roaches..added to that I was having bed bugs even though I kept the place as clean as I could because none of the neighbors were clean. to make it worse I was living in building D were washing machine was always broke which they never fixed due to which I had to go to laundromat every week..
