Don't live here. Maintenance never gets to you and rarely fixes the problem. Place is cheap but for good reason. Plus water gets shutoff quite often. They say it's not their fault but it still happens more often than other places. Not worth the stress.

Absolutely horrible experience for my sister at Grant Meadows. She has been living in unsafe and unacceptable conditions since September and management has done little to nothing to properly fix the issues. Multiple maintenance requests, emails, texts, and photos were sent for months and problems still continue. The apartment has a serious roach infestation, cracks and openings throughout the unit, holes in the walls, and even bees coming into the apartment through gaps near the windows. I would not recommend Grant Meadows Apartment Complex or any properties managed by Liss Property Group based on my experience—unless you are strictly looking for very low-cost or income-based housing. If I could, I would give zero stars. The first time I lived here, my experience was acceptable. However, after returning, management had changed and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing—especially in regard to communication, maintenance, and business practices. DEAR FUTURE TENANTS AND CAREGIVERS OF THOSE LIVING AT GRANT MEADOWS. As well as Liss Management themselves. A friend of mine lives here and I occasionally pet sit for them while they go out on business. The water goes out constantly, all of their maintenance and management is done via AI and app and the maintenance workers smoke recreationally in the buildings without ventilation. Contacted them numerous times about the prostitution ring that's going on in apartment D6 and nothing has been done about it and they don't care despite bring told about all the loud violence that takes place in that unit that spills into the hallways from the prostitutes and their "clients" having fights. They do not care about the safety of the tenants and our children here.
