I can’t say enough about the entire process of selling my rental property through Grant and his assistant, Natalie. Everything was done seamlessly and efficiently. They embody the definition of full service, from how they listed and marketed the property to how they dealt with inspections and City required retrofit work. For a company with the tag line “billion dollar experience” I sure didn’t experience that! Maybe they treat their high commission earning clients better but I’m appalled at how I was treated. I made an offer 12% lower than their asking price and I was completely treated like I was out of line and insane and they didn’t even bother calling me or responding to my countless emails, texts, voicemails, messages through the app etc. After paying $110 in application fees and being excited about a new home I was GHOSTED. so rude.
