For a company with the tag line “billion dollar experience” I sure didn’t experience that! Maybe they treat their high commission earning clients better but I’m appalled at how I was treated. I made an offer 12% lower than their asking price and I was completely treated like I was out of line and insane and they didn’t even bother calling me or responding to my countless emails, texts, voicemails, messages through the app etc. After paying $110 in application fees and being excited about a new home I was GHOSTED. so rude.
