Professionalism and care
Dr Garlick and his team are very professional and helpful. After reviewing my imaging he came up with a plan to fix my knee issue without surgery.
He was very helpful and listened to my needs. Very understanding.
Dr. Garlick was amazing. He thoroughly explained why my knees are in the shape they are in, but he also gave me a true explanation on why my first try of orthovisc did not work. He took time to provide options that were suited for my needs.
Excellant description of the procedure I'm going to have. Listing the precautions to prevent infection.
What stood out in my visit with Dr.Garlick was his listening skills along with his ability to use said information along with his examination and X-rays to delivery a plan with options that sets me up for success. His communication style is focused on his patients and helping them (me)! I left the office feeling a great sense of relief!

Wait time was 1 hr after my appointment time. Dr Garlick was apoligectic, kind, patient, answered my questions & provided options for treatment. PA administered injection with video display, which was interesting. Staff was courteous.
Never saw Dr. Garlick, but the ladies who shot my knee were wonderful. Nice to walk into a room and see all the thinks they needed ready to go.
