All staff, from check -in to Dr. Garlick were very professional and caring. Loved Dr. Garlick- great bedside manner and caring attitude for a 16 yr old!
From check in to check out this was the best experience I have had in a long time. The girls at the desk, X-ray techs and PA were amazing. Dr Grant Garlick was kind, informative, patient and attentive. He chose the treatment that would help me without surgery and answered all of my questions. Dr Garlick listens to what you have to say and lets you know of all the options that you have and is very personable, relatable, professional, and thorough. I've already had two knee surgeries and shoulder surgery and would highly recommend him to anyone that is having any sort of ortho surgery. His bedside manner is hard to come by.
Compassionate and understanding when I had to reschedule surgery. Offered interim solution and totally comforted my stress. I had his full attention, same with staff and PA.
We appreciated Dr Garlick’s bedside manner. He asked many questions regarding her injury and was extremely careful when moving her leg so there would be no pain. He also spent time reassuring her and putting her mind at ease about what the expect and what tests/procedures they would be performing.
