Every time I’ve came in they put us in the triage room and never move us I brought my daughter twice they did no test no xray and said o it’s viral after 8 days of having a fever I took her to children’s she had pneumonia now I’m sick and I sit here in the triage room and the only think they have done is a chest xray and that is because I asked them too probably won’t be back to this e.r it’s ridiculous when you can’t get an appointment the nurse advice line tells you to come here

I went to neurosurgery clinic for back surgery. AJ was extremely helpful and attentive to those waiting to see the surgeon. AJ was very busy checking patients in and making sure we were all comfortable while waiting.
ZERO STARS!! Armen H. and Patrick with Dr. Pechenenko office and the worst human beings in the world! They refused to just fax a risk assessment for a mutual patient. They laughed this request off, they denied patient their care, they let an 89 year old lady suffer in pain because they could not take 5 seconds to send a fax. We will never work with their office again. I will be reporting them to the VA Administration. Horrible Horrible people Armen H. and senior airman Patrick.
