Grano will always be a favorite place to eat for me and my loved ones. I’ve seen some silly reviews on here claiming that this is not “real” italian food but I couldn’t recommend this place more. Delicious food, quick service, friendly staff. Some people can be unreasonably snobby about pasta because they think their grandmother makes the only good spaghetti and meatballs. Don’t listen to them, check this place out if you’re in Hampden!

Honestly amazed that this place has such high reviews. This is the most tasteless pasta and sauce that I have ever had. My family is Italian, and I grew up cooking and eating traditional Italian food. Not a single one of us would even consider approving of this. Pasta is over-cooked and mushy, servings are small, meatballs are rock-hard. I’m not convinced that this calamari isn’t just squid-flavored rings of rubber. The burrata salad is AMAZING! I could eat it every day of my life. The pesto was delicious as was the pomodoro. We love it there.
