Nice remodel. Thanks for the cold chili cheese fries that took nearly a half hour. Wow. Just wow. Couldn't even be bothered to give me a damn fork to eat my cold fries.
A month ago i picked up my order to go. long story but the food was awful and not cooked correctly. I contacted the owner via this page. they offered a replacement meal in the future for no charge, which i was happy with. tonight i went to get my replacement meal and was treated by a rude kitchen manager who raised her voice at me, told me i was lying about what i had ordered before and after arguing with me in front of everyone she throws up her hands and says whatever. tells the poor girl working i don't care just give it ... read more

All of our food is cooked to order! I always thought grannys was fast food before I started working here. We're more like a five guys with real food. Definitely not like a mcdonalds. We also have a very small workplace so getting big orders done quickly is very difficult. Thanks everyone for positive posts! We apologize for any inconveniences or long wait times! We do have a few new staff on board for the summer time so they're still in training. Thank you customers!
