Can't get orders right for the life of them. Today I got home and they forgot my fries altogether. So I go back and stand in line for another 15 minutes and now all my food is cold. From the time I ordered until the time I got to sit down and eat was 45 minutes.
if u really want a bang for your buck go to lews down the street...they are always rude, always get my order wrong and the new ice cream sucks..
Rude employees the worst I am talking the worst service I've ever had in my life I will never I repeat never eat at your establishment again.
Slow service and was served a bare piece of meat between a bun. The burger was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, etc....
Really need to figure it out. An ice cream place that always out of ice cream or machine is broke. Feel sorry for the people that have to tell customers on a 90 degree day that they have no ice cream. Pretty sad.
Went to Granny's tonight for the first time and was VERY happy with my dinner. My burger and fries were cooked perfectly, and not greasy what so ever. What I was more impressed with was how professional the teens working there were even after an older gentleman was rather rude and nasty. They gave him the first part of his order and he made them take it back saying "it will be ice cold by the time the rest of my food is done." She took it back with a smile on her face.
