Everything is good there and the staff are very friendly
Worst service ever! No wonder they have a big hiring sign. The young lady who messed up my order after repeating myself 3-4 times was so rude and condescending when I asked for the French Frys they didn’t put in the bag. She smirked at me with attitude in her voice! Never again will I go there and be treated so poorly by a high schooler with no manners and no work ethics. Sad, I use to like going to granny’s, but no more for me. Thanks Shantel the drive thru girl!
want to say I am very happy with my service and food everytime I come here especially today on the 4th of July even with them being so busy they are quick and respectful about the wait.

Whenever at my mom's in Colton we run up to Granny's for lunch. While a bit pricey for a standard burger joint, we love your food. Today, since it's cold & your dining area is typically too chilly, we opted to use the drive thru and eat in the car. What fast food drive thru, at the window, asks if you want to add a TIP to your bill? Seriously? It's a drive thru. I didn't know wether to laugh or be offended. It was slightly embarrassing. The place was very clean, the workers very friendly and knowledgeable about products served,and food was very good, I almost always get the grilled Chicken salad, excellent and fresh. Thank you Lee Forbes
