By far thr worst home health service ever. First time they came out they sent someone that could not even lift my granny. So 4 hrs of my granny just sitting until I got home and had to transfer her and change her. Told the company not to send her back out. Next issue was when the girl was 20 min late. I didnt say anything. Just signed her sheet and let her go. Next time..they didnt even show up. I had a appt at 9 am. They was suppose to be at my house at 8:30am.
