We recently built a 48m2 granny flat through Granny Flats WA. Throughout the build process there were numerous problems of varying sizes that were recognised, accepted and rectified. Our site manager, Jack, was punctual, obliging and readily available. The tradies were friendly, even working on weekends if necessary. Despite a few frustrating times, the overall project has given us a granny flat that is well presented and one we are very happy to call home.
We decided to build an extension rather than a standalone structure to maximise the space. WA Granny Flats were very accommodating and designed the space as per our requirements. They were upfront about the time required for planning and designing as well as the length of time for council approval. The actual build was finished in less than 3 months. Well what a great experience we had with with Granny Flats WA .. Starting off with Ollie who helped us and our elderly mum with our choices..Such a respectful and accommodating young man..Chloe who took our mum through all the decisions of tiles , flooring etc she was just wonderful .. As we have never built a new house before, this was a new experience for us. Chloe made the pre-start selection day, easy and drama free. Any of our follow-up queries were answered in a timely manner and we weren’t made to feel we were asking stupid questions. We started with a different Building Supervisor, but ended up having Paul. Paul did an awesome job. He picked up from where the other supervisor left off, like he had been on the job the whole time.
