We had GFWA construct an addition to our home and could not be happier with it. From the planning stage all the way through to handover was great. All Supervisors, Trades, and suppliers who attended our home we're polite and friendly and the end result exceeded our expectations. Thanks, GFWA the end result is a credit to you all.

Whoever installed Peter Quilty's granny flat needs immediate termination and a good hard look at themselves. The work they are dishing up on new builds is beyond appalling.
All work is through sub-contractors not "their own people as we were told at signing. Spent the whole time having to follow them up on everything. They are very expensive, well over $300k, and they charge 25% on top of any upgrade you want, for example we upgraded the hot plate, they supposedly take off the original hotplate cost and then buy the upgrade and charge an additional 25%. This is my first ever review, i had to create an account to do so , but i am so disappointed with this company that I felt I should share our extremely disappointing / stressful experience as we currently have a granny flat that is not weathertight and are still waiting for numerous items to be fixed 18 months after paying in full on the understanding items would be fixed ,but now they are not responding to emails or messages requesting a meeting to discuss !
