Really good company to work with and quite responsive. Reasonable prices and good end product. Had a 2/1 granny flat built in my backyard with a fence + pathway to separate the dwelling from the main house. I've got a tenant going in this week and the yield of rent to cost of the GF is in the region of 12% which I'm very pleased with (obviously yield another person gets will depend on the market rent for their area).
