didn't appreciate doing my inspection b4 fixing my car knowing it would fail 1st even know I asked for both services b4 hand visit sat very unwell.
As always, all of the customer service employees far exceeded all my expectations. Every time I bring my Crosstrek in for service I am treated with respect. They go out of their way to find the lowest costs for all the work needed to maintain my vehicle. My Crosstrek is a 2018 with 75,000 miles on it. I have confidence my vehicle will last to minimum 150,000 miles being serviced at Granite State Subaru. If I ever decide to trade this car in for a new or different model it will always be a Subaru . I recently tried changing my own oil (which I have done many times in other cars) but did not realize Subaru sort of hides the oil reservoir and the transmission tank looks very similar. I accidentally drained my transmission fluid and put in non-Subaru CVT fluid. I knew this would cause issues so I brought it to Granite Subaru a few days later where they drained and replaced my CVT fluid with the correct Subaru fluid. Had my head gaskets replaced -and every other gasket- For a leak and at the same time the timing Components replaced. Also, the coolant was flushed and changed. Update: their "repair" did not resolve the issue of continued and significant worsening of oil consumption. The excuse that that is in spec for subaru is very disturbing. This car didn't last 100k before it had a major engine issue. I traded the outback in and went back to Toyota with a new RAV4. No more subaru's for me
Another positive service for my 2025 outback. In and out, useful coupons, friendly staff and a free car wash at the end.
