Update since Google does not let me directly reply: Their response below is comical. They provided me a USED key case as a courtesy? Some courtesy after recklessly damaging mine? And claiming that it was in better condition? The only record they claim to have of the condition of my key is AFTER they damaged it. Make it make sense.
