Worst dealership in the state. Last I knew there is only one or two employees left from when the current owners took over. They either quit or got fired. My wife bought her bike there. Terrible experience.

We have made a lot of changes it's true but those changes have created records being broken, Customer Service index has never been higher and we have today, what I believe to be the best experience possible! I was hesitant to go there at first, but I was glad I listened to my friend Mike, and was very pleasantly surprised! They real have done a great job at revamping the dealership...it's got a whole new great vibe going on! Everything was spot on. I was introduced to every department and told about my bike in detail and what they can offer me in the future. Everyone worked real hard to make this happen and that wasn't easy because they had to put up with ME!!! LOL....thanks again!!!

Got my 013 FLD in Dec 012 and GSHD worked hard to get it delivered for my birthday. Its been awesome to ride just gets better n better and the 2 time i had to visit GSHD for help and advise they were great to deal with. Thank you GSHD.
