Visited Twin State for the first time since the new ownership has taken over. I must say even though we were just there to look around and kill some winter time blues, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. We first met Frank who was nice enough to to take us around the dealership including out back were service and parts are now and he explained where all the new departments include the customer lounge was going. This is my dealership i love it there best group of people iv delt with at harley and i just go in to chat.the atmosphere when you walk in makes you feel welcome and stay and walk and look and talk to everyone its a great place..oh yeah thats also where i got my 2017 harley davidson cvo breakout. Ivan was the salesman i talked to and he is great brings u around asks u want u want in a bike then starts the hunt with ivan u will sit on almost every bike in that place till u find the bike that u love..

Worked with Ivan Salo on buying a Sportster. The guy was great and it's a no rush, no pressure environment. They want to make sure you get the right bike for you. Can't say enough positive things about Ivan and the whole crew here.
My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday, we were meet at the door by Dylan, we talked about bikes. I spoke with Dylan on the phone a couple times, they made us a fair offer on our trades. Thursday we brought our bikes down. The process was smooth, and fair. Not pushy.
Nice folks. Even though I wasn't there to by a bike, they were still very friendly and took the time to chat about where we were from and where we were going. Even took the time to show the group the dealership and the "fresh off the trailer" 2018 Ultra in the back.
