Great experience at Granite Harley-Davidson, staff was very helpful. And what a showroom!
They charged my credit card almost a month ago and has not gotten me the items that I ordered. They do not reply to the emails sent via their web site and every time I call they say they have to check with someone else and say they will call back but they never do. Now they make it sound like its my fault that they sent it to the wrong address and now I have to wait until the package gets returned before they can send me my poker chips.
I want to say thank u to Stacy and Dave for taking the time to sit down and listen to my frustrations and really taking the time to hear what I had to say. Hopefully we can all move forward in a positive way and continue to do business
