I have lived here for about 8 years now and so far I have not had any issues. The maintenance people are very friendly and always on top of anything that breaks either pertaining to my specific unit or anything else for the apartment complex. There hasn't been any major disturbances and when there might have been things starting, it was handled quick. The place is decent but the maintenance worker is on a power trip. There are visitors parking spots he feels he controls. He personally puts notices on the cars and calls the tow truck on people that have been there parked less than 2 hours. Has done this multiple times to people who have visited my apartment and other tenets as well. He also does a half wit job on apartments maintenance work.
