Simply decided to never complete the job. Never returned. Our goal for selecting a company was timing and value. Tom sold us a project to be completed within 8 weeks "easily". We ran from May to September with non complete items. It became usable in September. There were 4 MAJOR design issues with fitting, clashes and cabinets being taken down, rehung, re-ordered. Sub par work. I am disappointed in the uneven edges on our countertop that Tom installed. After we explained our dissatisfaction and wanted to upgrade to a larger sink, he didn't return our calls. I should have listened to the first review! I suggest finding another contractor.
This guy won't even return repeated phone calls offering to hire his services. Good luck.
