THEY LOST MY ITEMS AND TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR IT! "You checked this box indicating they gave you these items" YEAH, AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THOSE ITEMS, WHERE ARE THEY? CAN YOU SEE THEM? ARE THEY INVISIBLE? WHERE ARE THEY? WHERE ARE THEY? WHERE ARE THEY? WHERE ARE THEY?
My family has had the unfortunate need to seek care at this facility not once but twice. Our first interaction was about 11 months ago and the care was horrible. Staff were rude, looked like most of them needed a bed at the facility. I asked to talk with leadership to share my concerns and never heard back from anyone. Last week my cousin had another mental health crisis and per the police this was the only place that had beds! I pleaded with them to please not send him back. Unfortunately they did anyway. Majority of the staff is amazing however some are extremely disrespectful and run the patients like they are correctional officers. At a mental health facility or any health care setting, you should never argue, disrespect or instigate issues with a patient and administration allows it. Please train employees to be more empathetic and more respectful to patients.
