The staff who worked with my son were extremely supportive and helped us navigate this situation. His therapist was extremely nice and we chose to continue care with him. Things that need to improve: 1. Unclear discharge process and explaining what type of therapy was recommended for my child after discharge. The paperwork was extremely vague and even our primary care physician didn’t understand what treatments our child was receiving, frequency of the treatments or who to recommend to us for follow up. 2. Amazing! My niece came home feeling like a whole new person. A special shout-out to Nurse Nicole—she spoke so highly of you throughout her stay! The care she received from everyone, from the doctors to the technicians, was truly exceptional. She even said the food was great! Thank you all for your compassion, professionalism, and outstanding care. It made such a positive difference in her recovery.
