Good evening, there was some miscommunication regarding my son’s “Release of Information form tonight. As a nurse this is the most important part of communication regarding your loved ones. I can appreciate that my son’s privacy was maintained. The initial response was that there wasn’t a completed form but after some searching the form was found. Hannah is an amazing therapist and instructor. She helped me thru so many things. As well as Brittany. They are both exactly in the right field !
