Sent child home with 2 hours notice and no agreed upon care plan. Lied about this, blamed a "new" staff member for "misinforming" on plans for child to stay through the weekend. Informed child would be delivered to the home (no one was home at this time) and if no one was present to recieve child, charges of neglect would be filed with CPS. PHP/IOP this hospital has earned its reputation, the the psychiatrist is semi-retired, out of touch with the realities that his clients are facing is argumentative is not helpful, is not coming from a place of caring or wanting the client to do better. Interns teach most of the groups. The social worker doesn't advocate for you when the doctor is putting you at risk. They discharged with suicidal ideations and uptick in self-harm, and no support outside of my therapist I see weekly. They are actively doing more harm and putt... read more

The staff here is really helpful, I would recommend sending your love one here's, they'll be in good care, the food is amazing and the place is secure and safe for people all ages.

I had previously posted my concerns with Granite Hills and I wanted to add that my concerns were addressed in a sufficient and appropriate manner. I see now that there may have been factors that the facility could not control. And as sincere apologies go a very long way with me, I give the facility 5 stars for this alone.
