Had to wait 45 mins for food!! Worse service ever and still had to pay full price!!! �� never going back there again!!! ���

The beer was good, the food was very good and the service was very good!
Had a terrific waitress in the private dining room for our gathering, but the French fries were cold and so salty we couldn't eat them. I was surprised how greasy the bison burger was. Acoustics made it impossible to hear each other. Expensive, too, and we don't mind paying for good food. The service was outstanding though.
By far my favorite place to go when I visit here! Sunday brunch/Buffet is outstanding!! I've never been disappointed. Staff is amazing!
Just flew into town and needed a place to eat. The hotel recommended Granite City. Loved it. Service was great. Food was great. Broad Axe Stout was outstanding. I'll be back.
Food was great. Unfortunately, the bar service was not. Waited 20 minutes for the first round of drinks to arrive after we ordered. I could understand if they were busy, but there were empty tables while we were there. We were told they were training 2 new bartenders. But seriously 20 minutes for 3 beers?
