So disgusted! Went here for a birthday lunch today and was so disappointed! Took an hour and a half get half our orders on the table then another 20 mi to get my daughters Mac and cheese and the rest of the meals. Asked to see a manager Preston and he never showed up after waiting 20 minutes. Ended up paying our bill which we were reluctant to do and left mad. Never going here again. If you want to wait 90 minutes for mediocre food then this is the place for you.

The food was excellent. I had only the BBQ boneless wings, delicious for sure. The wait staff did an awesome job. There were 12 in our group. Our food was all delivered at the same time. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend. I look forward to returning.
A few years ago I had a poor experience. Today I gave it another chance and was very pleased. The staff was great. The food was very good.

Went to Granite City for dinner. Their apps & drinks are half off. The waitress, Jessica, charged full price for the drinks. She was no where to be found. The bartender fixed the bill from $29 to $21. The waitress comes back, drops the bill, I get up and hand it to her. She charges me $38.03. I informed her of her mistake. She runs off. I go to the bartender and explain the situation. The manager, Chris, comes over, I explain what happened. He refuses to fix the bill, and gets belligerent, cause I said Jessica was not smart.... read more
