Only complaint was we had to make several trips to the food line.Containers were always empty,it was good when we finally got itThe server we had was exacellent.
Called last minute within a few days of Easter for reservations and they were still able to accommodate our party. Spoke with the manager and customer service over the phone was excellent. We have been to this location several times for many brunches and they are always on top notch! Thank you for being so accommodating! We are definitely repeat customers!

We went there Sunday March 18th to celebrate my daughters boyfriends birthday We had reservations for 11:00am and we were seated at 10:58. Food was excellent as was the waiter we had.Thank You Granite City for an excellent outing 😊
The waitresses need to listen. We asked for Criss cut fries with our burger and we gout chips. When I said something, she brought me a very small bowl of dry, cold pieces of fries with no seasoning at all. I felt like I she did not like my complaining and brought me those to show her displeasure!
I used to be a big fan of Granite City until they sent me an email to participate in a tasting. I took time out of my day to set it up and arrange for childcare and then they cancelled on me last minute. Even worse is that I reached out to get an explanation and have been completely ignored. This is no way to do business in my opinion and we will not be visiting any of their locations going forward. There are too many other dining options in the metro area to support an average restaurant that treats their customers poorly.
Nice big place, loved that it was open even with the kitchen, very classy. Event room is what we used and the appetizers and beer was Awesome! Will definitely go again soon!
