RecommendedLong wait but great food and better service made up for the wait. Free desserts because of the wait.
We went last night with another couple for a late Valentines dinner. Had 7pm reservations and was seated in a timely manner. We ordered our drinks which took forever to arrive. Our meals were served at different times. 2 people received there meals then 5 minutes later another meal and the last meal was another 10 minute later. We had to flag down another waitress to order a 2nd drink which took forever to arrive again. Very unsatisified with the service.
I went to Granite City for the first time this last Friday evening with a large group. Manny and Katie were our servers and they were fantastic! Super personable, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious and i would absolutely go back. (:
We were seated for our 6 pm reservation with three hungry children without being told they didn’t have salad, salmon, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes or rolls. No substitute items were offered. Of course, we were still charged full price of $25/adult. When the food they did have was brought to our table, it sat untouched for 15 minutes while we waited for plates, silverware and serving utensils. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life.
We had our anniversary dinner here last night. Top sirloin and braised short ribs were both outstanding! Our server was wonderful, and the Brandy Alexander we had for dessert drinks were made perfectly. Some of the best meals we've ever had!
We got the happy hour bbq pork nachos, margarita flatbread pizza, chicken quesadilla and chicken tacos. Plenty of food for three hungry shoppers for $20. The nachos were amazing, however the tacos were dry and bland. Our service was great, Brian was very attentive
