I've never experienced a more incompetent staff at a drs office in my life. They charge full rate for your visits and not do their jobs when it comes to doing a pre authorizations. So they have no problem charging you all the money for the visit and yet they don't give you quality service. They say they've cut back on what they do and don't do but yet charge you full rate for your visits. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. At first I was a little leery when I went for my first consultation, I had all these questions in my mind and I was lucky to remember 1/2 of them. I felt like there were going very fast and one question led to another ..after I asked them to please slow down and explain it slower with more details, they were awesome and it felt like this procedure was too good to be true, however the change made me extremely happy, and I could't believe the results. I have literally had the worst life changing experience after going here, i have spent nearly $1500.00 in scar treatment, I went in with 2 small scars on my chin, they where a bit deep so they bothered me a lot, after talking to the doctor he recommended a PLk laser treatment 3-5 times. I asked for a filler because they were indented scars.
