We used Granite America in the summer of 2019 and had an excellent experience from our sales rep Dylan to the installers who were all professional and helpful, and we were happy with their prices. We used them for both a sizeable kitchen as well as a laundry room on two different occasions a couple of months apart. My experience with Granite America started out just fine. I selected granite for my kitchen island, and settled for quartz for the rest of the kitchen project since they did not have exactly what I wanted. I placed my order, and gave an 80% deposit as they requested. I was initially told that they could not meet the 7 day turn around time because the quartz I ordered had to be sent to KY to be honed and then returned to Indy. That would take extra time. RecommendedWe went in on a whim 2 weeks ago (referred by my sister-in-law). Granite America had a great selection and we ordered it that day! Within the week, they came out to measure; we went back 2 days later to tape out the template and the following week, it was installed! Looks oh so beautiful! Installation team was very nice and courteous.

Granite America was great. Their officer workers were polite and answered all of our questions. They told us we could go to their warehouse and pick which part of the granite slab we wanted for which counter tops. The installers were very professional and explained how to take care of the countertops. everything they wre doing and how to take care of the counter tops. The counter tops look great.
Installers are hard working and efficient. They do their absolute best to fix any issues that may arise and like magic its perfect once finished!! Their installer Will has over 15yrs experience in Granite and you can tell he takes pride in his job.
Sales team was easy to work with. There was a good selection of granite to choose from, and pricing is reasonable. There was some miscommunication on installation time the crew was arriving to install, but project was completed same day as expected. Removal of old countertops and install of new went smoothly. I was happy there was no drywall damage to repair afterward:) I had included final plumbing into our contract as well, and it was well worth it and I am glad they offer this.
