Wow, crummy experience. The guy who measured for us was an hour late, nice guy, though. Then they installed the countertops--professional crew, beautiful material. Then they measured for the edge, because we already had a backsplash up. My mistake was writing the check before they installed the back edge. They 'lost' the measurements, but didn't tell us. Instead they scheduled a date for installing the last piece of material, so my husband book off work to be home, and we waited, and waited...we called when the guys were two... read more
CAUTION!! Please read this review. I STRONGLY recommend you do not use the Indianapolis branch of this company. We contracted them to put granite counters in our kitchen. They told us it would be 3 weeks from the time they measured to installation. It has been 6 weeks. Moreover, they came out and measured not once, but twice, because they said there was a problem with their laser measuring device. Two problems there...they did not use a laser to measure the first time, OR the second time...Finally, our installation was sched... read more
