Grandville Family Dental should be ashamed of the “business” they run. In December I had the WORST dental hygienist in my life. I have excellent dental health and my gums were bleeding after the cleaning, and my mouth was sore for days. There was even blood on my shirt because of how rough, careless, and aggressive she was. I called to talk to the office manager today and she was completely unprofessional, short, and rude just like the rest of her staff. Tried this office after having to make changes due to insurance carrier. After a few years of never having the same hygienist (they can't seem to keep staff), rude front desk staff, never seeing the same dentist, sketchy billing practices, and mediocre experiences time and time again - Its time to trust my gut that something is wrong here. I will be finding a new practice, fast.
