We’ve been going here for about a decade and recently switched due to revolving staff, service lacking warmth and attentiveness and an unfortunate experience with a filling with my 5 year old.
The office and staff are friendly, professional , describing each action. Don’t mind saying this, but it’s a pleasure to attend to getting my dental looked after. I’ve been a patient for decades.
We recently moved to this area and were looking for a new dentist. We called and they were able to get me in within a couple of weeks. I had x-rays done on Thursday and they scheduled cleaning for the next day (Friday) at 7:00am I was there at 6:55 and no one was there, lights out and door locked. I waited until 7:20 and left. the one thing they do is they charge you the full amount and then your insurance and they keep all the money they receive from your insurance company wether they should be reimburseing you for the difference they keep all the money sent to them by your insurance company they put no effort into sending you no billing info0rmation
