We are very fond of the people at the Gardendale office of Dr Douglas!
Don’t go here if you have even mildly complex issues or need consistent referrals and referal renewals. The lack of bedside manner from a couple nurses was horrific and my complex issues scared the doctor. Only go here if you are a simple patient.
Dr Douglas is my wife and I both primary physician him and his staff are almost like family to us he sits down he takes his time explain each and every question that we ask of him his staff is the same way if you're looking for a good doctor that's honest and will take time to tell you what's going on with your body and even in everyday life Dr Douglas comes how to recommend it for my wife and I
Great office with super friendly staff. The doctor and the NPs are all very personable as well. He's really great for diabetes care too.
Went to be checked out from being sick and with the symptoms I had, I was told to go straight to the hospital ER to be checked out.
