I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I left Grandview Physicians Plaza feeling completely betrayed. I came for an endoscopy that I desperately needed after choking on food so severely that I lost my voice and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor discharged me ONLY because this procedure was scheduled.
