Avoid at all costs This has been the worst living experience. For starters, day before move in I receive my keys and noticed one is missing. I am told by staff the smallest key is for the mailbox and the other key is to access my apartment. Test the small key in the mailbox and doesn’t work. I leave the key with staff per their suggestion until they fix it. Move in day comes and I am locked out of my apartment because of incompetent staff. This should have been the warning sign. I would avoid Where do I start?. This would be 0 stars if it could be Roach infestation.. . Mice literally coming through holes that aren't patched from the radiator lines so i had to plug them metal scrub brushes. I have had a sewage backup SINCE DAY 1 that was never fixed... . Ive also had a leak from the apt above that was noted MULTIPLE times with multiple different property managers and they said we were being "Overdramatic" Ummm ROACHES LOVE WATER ROACHES LIVE IN MOIST AREAS! Payment I live here for over 3 years my first apartment the bathroom had a leak never fixed moved in an other one but that was an up graded the bathroom tub was cracked had to fix three times and still wasn’t fixed and on top of that I didn’t have hot water for a month till they fixed that so I had enough and I moved out now I have been waiting two months for my money I put down I have called number of times I have not received call back so I would really think about moving in the place because they just want you’re money an... read more

Stay Away Since new Property Manager took over, our complex has gone downhill.The one person Kim who was great in the office and helped me move here in November is no longer here. Nothing is getting done. Phones go unanswered.I am regretting my move here.

Complaint!!!! I have been calling everyday, so they can fixed something in my apartment and they have not come and not even call. I have been without lights for a week already. Only one switch work and at night I have to be on the dark because the lights do not work. I also be trying to move to a 2 bedroom apartment and they keep saying there is nothing avaliable but I see a lot of people leaving and my sister in law calll because she want to move her eand they gave her a 2 bedroom apartment when I have been calling for over... read more

Under New Management Grandview Gardens was the old management, after old management sold the property to new management, I can proudly say, that the complex is changing into a better community with new renovations inside and outside. The staff is great! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is first starting off or down sizing from a house.
dump If you are planning to move here ,first take a walk around , I can not give it a 5 star rating,an I live here. The inside is dirty., then outside the lawn is like a foot high. We have a back entrance is crossed off., with dumpers.
