They say they don't take patients with Cigna but they do, and will just make you pay for everything up front. If you don't, they'll just refuse to allow you to come back. They told me to reach out to my insurance, which I did, and they told me that this clinic is still under contract with their existing patients. When I called the clinic to find out what's going on, they said they dropped Cigna. I'm not sure that many satisfied clients leave reviews because of the unfortunate stigma associated with therapy. I am proud to say that I can't recommend Grandview any higher. My family has worked with multiple therapists at Grandview over the past decade and have found each to not only be very skilled, but more importantly that they genuinely care.
