Just had our first visit and it was wonderful! The staff is great and took time to answer all our questions. It's like visiting a friend instead of a scary doctor appointment. We encourage all our friends with pets to give them a call, you will be happy you did!
We just had our first visit with our cockapoo puppy. Dr. Lisa and staff made Buddy and my girls and I comfortable from the start. They were patient, we were never rushed, very informative, and even offered to let my daughters listen to the stethoscope to hear Buddy's heartbeat, which they haven't stopped talking about. They made sure to ask if I had any questions, or if my girls had any questions. My Winnie got hurt playing & is in so much oain. The staff has been so incredibly loving & caring. They are doing all they can to help her recover. Even calling me at home to check up on her. Thank you so much to GrandView!
