Our first visit was great. Looking forward to returning.
Jasmine (and her humans) LOVE Grandview. Dr. Lisa and Ashley always remember us and treat us like friends. Their events bring the community together in ways I've never seen other vets do. Besides the personable atmosphere, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and their care is very thorough. We would drive miles to be part of the Grandview family, but we are so fortunate to be able to walk there! So glad to have you guys in the neighborhood. ��
Our three year old cat needed help. She began to urinate outside the box. Seiko developed crystals in her bladder. Dr. Lisa and her amazing staff led the way to her recovery. Thank you sincerely for your kind care of our little girl. Five stars are not enough. I'm so glad our former vet could not see her( get it, I said former vet). Dr. Lisa, staff, you rock!!!
They care! Your pet is not just a piece of meat to them. They talked to my cat. Made him feel comfortable and kept his stress level down. He didn't mind being there. He even fell asleep on the table while the Doctor was petting him and talking to me. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
This was our first visit to Grandview and couldn't be happier with the Dr. Lisa and her staff. Everyone was very friendly. Libby loved it!
We just came from grand view and I am extremely happy with the staff. I definitely found my new vet for Bella and Jersey!
Initially we were impressed with how nice the office staff were and how welcoming they were to our dogs. But unfortunately the office is completely inflexible with the vaccine program one of our dogs is enrolled in and won't extend it a few weeks because we were delayed due to moving and Mail not getting forwarded by the post office. If your business can't extend courtesy then I don't have anything good to say about your business.
