UCM 6200 Series and IP Phones
The support is non-existent. Opened 2 tickets with zero assistance from Grandstream. The latest response on one of the tickets was a week ago and let me quote it here - "I am in the process of verifying your issue."
I tried to find user's manual for GXP1610 in russian language. There's no one email at official site. Just links. Unfortunately, my difficulties are still unresolved.
POOR customer support. I submitted a ticket to Grandsteram Helpdesk 5 days ago with nil response. Grandstream Helpdesk team might be still in hibernate stage and will wake up once we no longer use their products anymore. Good luck with your business. I highly don't recommend to buy their products. If you have issues with their products, you will wait forever to get their support or probably not at all.

WORST tech support I've ever had! Open tkt since 4-17 20180417141518 Every step has been a battle. Just trying to config 2 HT503s to transport basic analog dialtone. Have sent in config files. Now want screen shots of EVERY PAGE! Over 20 !I regret this purchase! They also have no one to answer the phones no matter who you try to reach.
