So far there has been a serious lack of customer service and help. There has been 0 telephone support for telephone system The Internet support is limited The chat does not work I try to sign in and it's a merry go round

How could Grandstream Networks Improve? Well as far as the account registry and SIP support they could actually "not invade privacy" and clog it with Terabytes of advertisements that I'm not interested in.
RecommendedBest Wireless Ap's Out there. Love the cloud management. Much Better network for my house. The Range is awesome! Im sold and highly recommend these!
General factory issues with memory access on their IP PBX products resulting in bricked devices. However Grandstream does not take any actions on this. No refunds, no replacements,... Do not recommend their products at all!

Absolute garbage company. There is NO support. Not any. Try calling their number, you’ll never a get a real person on the phone. Even their call tree is broken when you try to get Sales on the phone. Think about that for a moment... A phone company with a broken call tree. That should tell you everything. Buyer be ware. You will rue the day you set up a GS phone system.
