Small unsupervised children in pool and hot tub. Had breakfast elsewhere.
Terrible beds, advertised as Queen but were Full Size. My mom said it was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Aside from the mattress being awful, the box spring or frame was just as bad - it felt like it was moving if you moved at all and they made loud noises like creaking old wood. We will not be back.
This place sucks bad management no professionalism bad customer service no respect for customers got the run around about a having a reception here maybe it was a good idea this was our sign not to after reading reviews am Glad everything worked out like it did new manager Sunny is very nasty place nasty just like the workers I will be looking for this place to be closed very SOON ….need to be closed like NOW
We love the grandstay and celts the restaurant attached to it. We do events here and they have a great event space and staff! If you have a large event or small check out this venue. Also the rooms are decent...they are all suites which is handy and they have a kitchen in them for longer stays . The area around it is safe and quiet so that is a plus.
