John was fantastic. Quick, efficient, professional, and amicable.
The maintenance team, especially the manager John. is responsive and reliable. They work quickly and are polite and friendly.
The maintenance team is on top of it! John has helped me with all of my issues on time and efficiently. I had a sink pipe get a little loose, after 5, and he came up as soon as I told him to help stop the water from draining out. It is nice to know I live somewhere I can trust things will get fixed, and fast.
The place is ok, a little bit overpriced for what they have. The staff is good though. Girls on reception are very nice. John does a great job on maintenance.
