I had lived there for 2 years and I'll explain all the negative experience I had: - Bugs issues. I've been getting some sort of bugs that bites at night for over a year. It might be bedbugs but could also be something else. Pest control did nothing, and I even ended up bringing bugs back home. - Parking nightmare. I wish I could leave less than a one star review. I lived at GrandMarc for 3 years and the first year and a half were fantastic. The old property manager, Andy, was phenomenal. However, they switched management and I’m surprised the new property manager is even able to get herself out of the house every day with her level of incompetence. Over the past 4 months my roommate and I have each been charged >$500 per month for the electricity bill when it used to be around $70. John was fantastic. Quick, efficient, professional, and amicable.
The maintenance team, especially the manager John. is responsive and reliable. They work quickly and are polite and friendly.
The maintenance team is on top of it! John has helped me with all of my issues on time and efficiently. I had a sink pipe get a little loose, after 5, and he came up as soon as I told him to help stop the water from draining out. It is nice to know I live somewhere I can trust things will get fixed, and fast.
