While living here I had two roomates that did not even speak english but were from China. They were allowed to move in months before the actual move in date while I was told I still had to wait, and they could take over more and more space. When I actually moved in, the whole apartment smelled like smoke because for 2 months they had been smoking cigarettes in the apartment without management doing anything. I had mold in my apartment the entire semester with no help from the management to clear it out. This place needs to be investigated.
The best place to live for a TCU student. Great facilities, living, and staff. There are a ton of amentities that come with living here. It is always clean and is the closest place to campus. I leave my apartment five minutes before class and still get there on time.
