If they do not know you, they do not answer you, they open at 8 am but the barbers arrive at 11 am Si no te conocen no te atienden, abren a las 8 am pero los barberos llegan a las 11 am

Unprofessional! A barber cutt my son's eyebrow off. The owner Rafael Benitez contacted me and said he would give me 2 free hair cuts but never honored them. He sent me a promotion for the shop the other day via Facebook messenger and I confronted him about the services he offered but never honored. He then got mad me because he had family who passed (which obviously I had no clue about, I'm not a mind reader) and asked do I think he has time to cut someone's hair.
