Management team don’t really care about the residence and been a residence for over eight years having to move because of black mold that they want to dress
I have lived on property since 2004. They have changed ownership several times over the years. There really is no place like Grand View, especially the location. and the BEACH! Management is nice and respectful and the maintenance staff takes care of your issues quickly. Highly Recommend.
extremely noisy, poor management, they do not enforce the rules they have in place.can't tell you how many times I've step in animal feces trying to take my garbage out.although I do have to say the maintenance team seems to work very hard.

Moved in at the end of Feb. office staff was helpful and the maintenance guys are attentive and get things done efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place

I love my beach home! Friendly neighbors and great staff. Mark and the guys keep the grounds gorgeous. Highly recommended
Unfriendly staff after you sign your lease. They don’t fix problems. And lastly the make up charges when you move out
I moved here a couple of years ago from Las Vegas. Nichole worked with me on line while I was in transit and found the exact apartment that I was looking for. The Management staff and maintenance crew are (as we said in the military) head and shoulders above the rest. I love living here.
